Great for runners, and people looking to lose weight.

Sweet Sweat does contain a handful of natural ingredients, such as coconut oil and pomegranate seed oil. The product design is simple and to the point. The black and bright yellow color combination makes the product labeling pop, and definitely grabs your attention when you’re scanning the shelves.

There are a lot of positive reviews behind the Sweet Sweat line, and Sports Research Corp has been around for decades, so there seems to be some credibility behind the brand. The products aren’t that expensive, so if it ends up not working for you, at least you didn’t break the bank to figure it out. The ingredients do support skin health, so you are not putting on anything that is damaging to the body.

Cons

I’ll give it to you straight: there’s actually no scientific evidence that supports the claims behind this product. Also, for every positive review out there, there’s a negative one to counter the brand’s claims. The product supposedly targets problem areas—but this isn’t actually something any product can do. There is no such thing as “stubborn fat targeting.”

Bottom Line

This product makes you sweat—a lot. That’s pretty much it. And fair warning: it takes a bit of time to remove the jelly from your skin after your workout. Honestly, if you’re looking to sweat a bit more, I recommend just working out in your favorite hoodie.
